Beef

We source a variety of beef from local farmers, including Angus/Cross beef reared just outside Far Oakridge  by Robert and Charlie Cook, Belted Galloway that have grazed on Minchinhampton Common and from P. King who’s farm is between Stroud and Gloucester.

Our beef is matured by us for a minimum of three weeks for tenderness and flavour and it is trimmed to the highest of standards.

By supporting local farmers we contribute to the local economy and work towards the reduction of the carbon foot print of our products.

Current Recipe

Thai-Inspired Beef Salad is a long time favourite. The beef is infused with a teriyaki marinaded while the dish is served with a cucumber relish and a dressed salad. Suitable for a low cholesterol diet.
