For most of the year our lamb comes from farmers in Gloucestershire and Wales, including salt marsh lamb from the Gower peninsular, and is matured for at least a week for full flavour and tenderness.

We also range speciality rare breeds Wiltshire Horn lamb from Gatcombe Park near Minchinhampton.

All lamb carcasses are bought whole and can be prepared to any cut required.

Lamb with Garlic and Sweet Potatoes is a delicious treat. This recipe is Gluten, Dairy, Wheat and Egg Free.

Lamb is very fine in the spring and the addition of the sweet potatoes adds to the fine taste of the meat. Serves 4.
