Pork
We source our pork from local farmers including Gloucester Old Spot from Gatcombe Park and can prepare any cut as needed.
The sausages are made by ourselves and are available in a variety of flavours, which are preservative and additive free with a gluten free option.
We cure and smoke our own bacon in a traditional way for lower water content and exceptional flavour.
Our delicatessen area has a huge range of tracklements, jellies and sauces, hand raised pork pies, homemade quiches, continental and British cheeses to complete and compliment the meals on your table.
